I’ve transformed my life. I’m a freelance film editor, a accomplished author, and a passionate entrepreneur. I’m the founder of Immortals Lounge. A place where you can come to relax about life. I’ve found balance between work in life, and now I’m working on being a totally happy person. It didn’t come easy. In 2005 I was diagnosed with type one bipolar schizo-affective disorder, and major depression. Almost falling into a trap of my own mind, I suffered for 17 years. Now with help for a team of professionals I am getting my life together. Through the use of mindfulness I have increased daily production, life goals, a over all since of purpose. If there is anything I'm good at its being myself. I love myself. So much so, I married myself in a Solo-gamy wedding. It was beautiful a real dream come true. I believe you have to love yourself. Confidence, self-esteem, and self- love make a person hole. Holistic living, where one takes care of the Mind, Body and Soul is really important to me. Charting your life and trying to achieve Nirvana is very important to me. I am becoming a Buddhist and I have a spot in my home where I try to meditate everyday. My daily routine is pretty easy. I wake up and have a cup of coffee. I follow that with a morning smoothie. Fruit, protein, and Milk. I clean my apartment. Then I have free time to do what ever makes me happy. This last until 7:30pm. That's a lot of free time right. I try to fill it with art, but it is usually take up by social media and music. At 7:30pm I attend a AA meeting and have dinner. (By the way I do have lunch in the middle of my afternoon). After AA I do my show Immortals Lounge with Daniél. It ranges from youtube videos, to podcast, radio shows, and blogging. I try to do something every night accept Sundays. I save Sundays for myself. Single and loving it I'm a Virgo. According to the tarot I am the Hermit. Of course I like to be alone. I love my apartment. I have a little place in Long Beach. I'm about 20 minutes away from the beach. I haven't been to beach since I've moved here, but I have been there before so I'm cool. I recently completed treatment. I have been homeless, slept in dumpsters, gutters, I've been shot but this is all trying to being a movie maker. I think in my life, I've paid my dues. You really can't tell me anything at this point, I'm going to just try my best. So I've been in a wonderful place and a nightmare of a space. I can only hope that the roller coaster is over and I am finally getting better. Well I hope you have enjoyed yourself.
